- Rollout of a WebShop (Lundi Matin platform) and integration of the logistics partner Teract.
- Coordination of flows between the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2017), the PIM (Affineo), the WebShop, and logistics.
- Pace: 2 days/week since August 2026.
Rebuilding a multi-country PoS project after a failure

- A first common project, driven from headquarters, had failed for lack of country alignment and underestimated business complexity.
- My role: specify the PoS ↔ ERP/CRM interfaces country by country, and draw the line between what stays common to the group and what must stay local.
